RGB DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Version 1.0. Effective October 10, 2026

These instructions explain how to ask RGB AI LTD, company number 517386975, 7 Nava Semel Street, Kiryat Ono, Israel (“RGB”), to delete personal data held in connection with its service. They form part of RGB’s Privacy Policy at https://rgb-ai.com/privacy (the “Policy”).

  1. 1Who May Ask

    1. 1.1

      Anyone may ask RGB to delete their personal data: guests, event owners, photographers, website visitors, and people who appear in event photos.

  2. 2How to Ask

    1. 2.1

      A guest who received a gallery sends STOP, DELETE or הסר to RGB’s WhatsApp number at +972 55-9751572, from the phone that received the gallery.

    2. 2.2

      An event owner writes to privacy@rgb-ai.com. RGB verifies the request with a code sent to the event owner’s WhatsApp.

    3. 2.3

      A photographer deletes the account in the dashboard, or writes to privacy@rgb-ai.com.

    4. 2.4

      A website visitor who left details writes to privacy@rgb-ai.com.

    5. 2.5

      A person who appears in event photos and never contacted RGB writes to privacy@rgb-ai.com with the event name and date.

      RGB never asks for an ID document.

  3. 3What RGB Deletes

    1. 3.1

      Across all events: the selfie, face vectors, the permanent profile, personal galleries and their links, contact details and WhatsApp messages.

  4. 4What Remains

    1. 4.1

      The event photos themselves, in the event owner’s gallery and in the galleries of other guests who appear in them.

    2. 4.2

      A hashed record of the phone number, so that RGB knows the person asked to be removed.

    3. 4.3

      Delivery records linked only to an internal ID, without name or phone number.

    4. 4.4

      Backup copies, until they expire within 7 days.

    5. 4.5

      Photos already downloaded or forwarded, which RGB cannot reach.

  5. 5Timing

    1. 5.1

      A WhatsApp request is acknowledged at once. RGB confirms only once the deletion is done.

    2. 5.2

      An email request is handled within 21 days.

  6. 6Data Held by Meta

    1. 6.1

      WhatsApp messages, including selfies, pass through the servers of Meta Platforms. Meta deletes them under its own policy.
